She started the career as a sportswriter at Boston Globe in 1947 for 14 years. In 1983 she worked for CBS for few features. She wandered around as sportscaster for many events and got back to CBS in 2000. She was then known as the first lady who became NFL anchor on TV. She was honored with many awards too. She was married twice. The first husband was sportscaster Dick Stockton and their marriage lasted from 1983 to 2010. And now, she is the wife of Bob Kanuth, a businessman and former Harvard basketball captain.
